At Swordconnection.com we ship UPS and USPS, depending on the weight of the package, to the continental 48 states for a flat fee of $20. The more you order, the more you save.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
All items are packaged with extreme care, but Swordconnection.com can not guarantee the safe arrival of all purchases. Please check to make sure that your items arrive undamaged. If there is any damage please contact us within 10 days of arrival.

At Swordconnection.com we accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for the immediate process of your order.
Checks and money orders will require a 10 day holding period to allow the payment to clear. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Cash payment must be received before the customer's order may be processed.
All products have a 30 day damage/defects exchange guarantee.
At Swordconnection.com our return policy is simple; Damaged merchandise may be returned up to 30 days of invoice date. All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number, obtained through Swordconnection.com and must appear on outside of package. All other packages will not be accepted. Please let us know if the item is damaged or defective.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
